By downloading or using Skinjot you agree to these terms. The service is provided by Anıl Pekesen (Tulumtaş, 2358. Sk. No:6, Ferce Tulumtaş A1 Blok Daire 28, 06830 Gölbaşı/Ankara, Türkiye) ("we").
What Skinjot is
Skinjot is a journal app for recording changes in your skin, your photos, your routine and, if you choose, your menstrual cycle, and for preparing summaries from those records.
Medical disclaimer
Skinjot is not a medical device. It does not diagnose and does not recommend treatments, medication or doses. Summaries and AI observations are based on the records you enter and may contain mistakes; things that happen together don't necessarily cause each other. Talk to a doctor about decisions concerning your health. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your account
- Give a valid email address and keep your password safe.
- Skinjot is not designed for users under 16.
- You can delete your account from the app at any time.
Your content
Your entries and photos belong to you and are stored on your phone. When you use AI features, we process that content only to perform the task you asked for. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Data on your phone is not backed up to our servers. Exporting an encrypted backup from Settings before you lose or replace your phone is your responsibility.
Pro subscription
- Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, charged to your Apple ID.
- It renews at the same length and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- If a free trial is offered, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Refunds follow Apple's policies and are requested through Apple.
- When Pro ends your records are not deleted; only Pro features are locked.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes, not to upload other people's photos without permission, not to try to disrupt the app or our servers, and not to use automated tools to get around usage limits.
Changes to the service
We may change or remove features to improve the app. If we shut the service down entirely, we will give reasonable notice so you can export your records.
Limitation of liability
Skinjot is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions made based on information in the app or from loss of data on your phone. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) also applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your right to turn to consumer arbitration committees and courts where you live is preserved.
